I bought this a few weeks ago and it just sort of sat there in my wok on my counter (I have no cabinet space). The other day I just grabbed it for an emergency removal and it is great! Excellent Quality and has many many uses besides in a deep fryer.
The handle is always cool and the stainless steel basket won't rust.
The basked is 7 inches across so it's great for dipping out shrimp
and wings. Does well on spaghetti and noodles also.

This is so handy for so many things and very well made! I was delighted when it arrived and to see it made with such quality. I've wanted this item for several years and finally bought it. I LOVE it! Great quality! I found SO many uses for it that I wish I had bought it sooner. It is large, so I think I'm going to order the 5" strainer for use in smaller pots.
