Totally outstanding. I ordered two of them as I use them to help keep my swimming pool clean. I used it to help clear the skimmers as I am 70 years old and it is hard for me to bend down so I utilize this to scoop out the leaves and other floating matter. IT has a nice long handle and the basket is large.
Unusually usage but very helpful.

Easily the best spider I have purchased. It's large enough to use for a variety of pasta dishes, deep-frying, dumplings...the list goes on. The construction is fantastic for the price and it's a breeze to clean compared with some spiders. Being an Italian food lover, I make pasta a lot. Using the Stainless Steel Strainer (also known as a "spider") eliminates the need for a colander if you are putting your pasta in a sauce. As soon as the pasta is done just scoop it out, let it drain and put it into your sauce pan. It works like a charm!Customer Review: spider

I have been wanting one of these spiders for a long time but could not find one locally, so I got on Amazon and found exactly what I was looking for. I use it for a lot of different things that need straining. Deep frying, boiling, even cheese making.It gets a lot of use in my kitchen.
