Description of Joyce Chen J90-0101 Year of the Boar Teapot, 18 oz.

Each Joyce Chen Tetsubin is hand-cast by master artists and finished with a porcelain enamel interior. The Year of the Boar Chinese Zodiac Japanese Tetsubin teapot is designed by Hisanori Masuda and a true treasure. Tetsubin Teapots are not used to boil water and not to be placed on the stove top but is used for brewing and serving tea. The unique characteristics of the Tetsubin teapots enhance the flavor of tea and are preferred by master of tea ceremonies throughout the world. Part of an exclusive Joyce Chen collection this Tetsubin is 18 oz. and comes with a replaceable stainless steel mesh infuser.
