I wanted this product for a long time. It was one of my wish list items for months. When I finally decided to splurge and purchase this item (my wish list is loaded) I thought what an impressive accent piece this would be to my table setting. I waited with great anticipation for my chopsticks with their own holders to arrive. Then they arrived. I was so disappointed. The quality of the holders is awful. One of the holders was splintered at one end and the edges of both holders were unfinished. I decided to keep this item for personal use; however, they will never be used as part of a table setting. This is a great idea, that has been poorly implemented. If Joyce Chen is an actual person, I would advice her to do some quality control on the items that bear her name.
