This unit arrived with a jagged 1-inch razor-sharp needle of steel sticking out of the cutter. It was so hazardous that when we returned it, we sent a note for whoever was unpacking it to be careful. Apparently no quality control either at the manufacturer or the retailer. We did not risk ordering a replacement.Customer Review: Just like the professional one I used
