Customer Review: A functional work of art for the kitchen!

I've owned this cart for about 8 years, and it has been fantastic. The workmanship is top-notch, the design is functional, and it's hard to imagine my kitchen without it. The stainless steel construction will last a lifetime, and the maple top should too with proper care.
All that is needed is a coat of mineral oil every few months, and if the surface gets marred it can be sanded and refinished with the oil.
We do not cut on this cart, but it could be used to cut on too. It just wouldn't look as good after a few years of heavy use like that. BUT it would hold up to it like any other thick cutting board.
Don't use this cart on linoleum because it will dent it. It's that heavy. Our new house has a tile kitchen, and the castors work great for that surface.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a small island cart. I doubt there is another company with a finer cart in the world.
We plan on handing this down to our children, and then to theirs after we're gone!
