Okay, I keep this sitting out on my granite countertop all the time. I use it every day.. I've owned it for over two years now, and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. Just remember to clean it properly and oil it ever so often, and it will last for decades! It's the perfect size for my salad I fix daily, as well as cutting up fruit or anything! I love it that it's reversible, because I do use both sides of it. All our kids want one for Christmas, so I'll be buying quite a few more. That groove on it is a lifesaver and a great bonus, too! Any Boos block is worth every penny!!

John Boos boards are made in the USA from North American hard rock maple. They meet the very high standards of commercial kitchens by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF). MetroKitchen recommends hand washing with soap and hot water. Do not put in dishwasher or board will be ruined and warranty will be invalid. One-year warranty from the John Boos Company against defects in workmanship or materials. To seal and protect the wood, treat with John Boos Mystery Oil every 3-4 weeks, depending on how frequently you use this board.Cutting Boards
