I was frustrated with these traps because even when bated with peanut butter, they did not catch any mice. As much as I dislike them, I had to resort to glue traps which were much more effective in dealing with my mouse problem. These seem to be made well but the mice did not take the bait.Customer Review: Works most of the time

Caught six mice in a day and a half, but given enough time the mice can escape. Several times I set the traps overnight and in the morning found all the bait gone with no mice in the trap and the top still tightly closed. I think this trap is well-made and *should* work but I've had it for a year now without catching even one mouse in it. I've been using peanut butter as the bait. In the same room where I have the trap, my cats have caught 4 mice during that time and the trap has caught none.Customer Review: Great Item

Caught 4 mice in the first few hours after having no luck with other humane traps. However, shipping took forever. If I had to purchase another one of these and needed it within the next 2 weeks, I'd pay for expedited shipping. It would still be a bargain.Customer Review: Success!

This product worked perfectly for us. In four days, I caught eight juvenile mice that we then released far, far away from our home (and yours). A dab of peanut butter did the trick. I now have a couple more of these traps for upstairs and the basement.
