Before purchasing the product, I was looking for a set of small bottles to replace a variety of cumbersome and odd-sized spice bottles on my spice shelf. I wanted something more uniform. The J.K. Adams BCS-16 16 1-1/2-ounxe Spice Bottles, Caps, Sifters Set was exactly what I was looking for. Now my shelf is neat and orderly, with labels that are alphabetized and easy to read.Customer Review: nice jars

Don't be fooled by the 3-1/2 oz specification, they are about the same size as the jars spices come in from a grocery store. The cover fits well and the shakers snap on tight. There are 2 size shakers for each bottle. Way too many, you will only need a couple. They could have removed most and cut the price. If you cook, 16 bottles won't be enough, buy 2 sets.Customer Review: Great little shakers

I purchased these shakers to give away Garlic Bread Seasoning in my Christmas goodie bags. There are two different shaker tops, one with smaller holes and one with larger holes. I was disappointed that there were only 8 of each and I had to use the smaller ones. I don't think the seasoning will work well with that top. I had been buying these individually at the health food store as I added to my spice collection. They were always running out or getting different types and then I decided to check amazon. It seemed like a ton of spice jars, but now I have an extra 6 or 7 for new spices I may encounter. Very happy with the quality and size of these jars!Customer Review: Great for baby shower favors

Made cinnamon and sugar mixture for favors for "sugar and spice and everything nice" baby shower. They were a hit. However, 8 of the shakers had small holes for sugar and the other 8 had large holes for lbasil or something like that. I would have liked all of them to have small holes. I was not given a choice.
