Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of J.A. Henckels International Flatware Tray

Customer Review: Great flatware tray
Summary: 5 Stars

It's relatively difficult to find a well-made flatware tray at an affordable price. This is the exception to that rule.

It fits perfectly in my standard-sized kitchen drawers. The flatware slots are nice and roomy and the wood construction of this is superior to that I saw in the big box stores. Well worth the money and I recommend it to anyone looking.

Customer Review: Great Item
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a great sturdy item and easily holds all my 'flatware'. I only have 8 of each item and it looks like the compartments could hold 12 without filling over. The only small issue is that the underneath is very slippy. Even with I put some 'anti-slip' stuff down, it still slides up in the draw. I fixed it by just putting a small tack behind it.

Customer Review: Flatware Tray
Summary: 2 Stars

The tray is nice. I wish it were a tad longer. It always slips towards the back of the drawer when opened. Not that much but still. It also could be a bit deeper to hold more flatware. For a place setting of 4 knife, fork, soup spoon, and teaspoon it will be fine. But (2) 4 piece settings of the same it just about overflows.

Customer Review: Excellent quality
Summary: 5 Stars

This is a substantial flatware tray made of real wood. The internal dimensions provided by another reviewer were accurate and helpful. The sides are higher than most other trays and thus holds a place setting for 12. Thanks to the reviews I had confidence when ordering this item that it would be exactly what I was looking for.

Customer Review: Oooops
Summary: 4 Stars

Tray was what we expected however it arrived with two split panels -manufacturing flaws- that were obscured by the packaging. Fortunately we were able to repair the cracks in the wood with glue and clamps avoiding the need for a return. Changes in the assembly process are required to prefent similar occurrences.
