This is a very good knife for the money it keeps an edge well and cuts great it just not the best you can buy I bought it to slice brisket with and it seems to have a hrd time doing that but as for ham and turkey it does great, so if you need a carving knife that won't hurt thr pocketbook this is the knifeCustomer Review: Good utility knife

Good knife at a good price -- thin, flexible blade is nice for trimming/boning meat. Good for slicing veg -- longer than a parer, holds its edge pretty well, less sticking than a (wider-bladed) chef's knife. A good buy --bought one for my home kitchen and one for my knife kit.
