Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of J.A. Henckels International Fine Edge Pro 8-Inch Stainless-Steel Carving KnifeCustomer Review: Not the best but not the worst Summary: 4 Stars
This is a very good knife for the money it keeps an edge well and cuts great it just not the best you can buy I bought it to slice brisket with and it seems to have a hrd time doing that but as for ham and turkey it does great, so if you need a carving knife that won't hurt thr pocketbook this is the knife
Customer Review: Good utility knife Summary: 5 Stars
Good knife at a good price -- thin, flexible blade is nice for trimming/boning meat. Good for slicing veg -- longer than a parer, holds its edge pretty well, less sticking than a (wider-bladed) chef's knife. A good buy --bought one for my home kitchen and one for my knife kit.
Customer Review: it is ok Summary: 3 Stars
It is in the light side, on it is handeling and weight, I think Henckel is cutting corners now by farming it out some of its products to China
Customer Review: Decent knife, especially for the price. Summary: 3 Stars
Not the greatest Henckels ever, but definitely not the worst, either. It's a decent weight and gets the job done
