I received this as a gift and it didn't work as described in the instructions in the box which said the high setting was for 150F and low was 120F. When set on high, the drink cooled to a temperature of 109F. The low setting the temperature was maintained at 105F. Some people may find these temperatures adequate, but I don't.
This product is being returned.
Don't waste your time or money on this product.
