Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Imusa VICTORIA-85008 Victoria Cast Iron Tortilla Press, 8-InchCustomer Review: Big disappointment for wheat flour tortillas Summary: 2 Stars
I've been making homemade tortillas for years by rolling them
out using whole wheat flour and all purpose flour mixed.
I've tried over and over but cannot get the tortillas as thin
as I'd like or other reviewers say they have been able to do.
Will try with corn flour tortillas but doesn't work on wheat flour.
Very disappointed
Customer Review: Fun and easy Summary: 5 Stars
This is a really fun addition to my many gadget collection!! Im getting another as a wedding gift for a couple that makes all there own salsas!!!! I found it easy to put together and very user friendly, hardly any clean-up, providing you use plasticwrap sprayed with Pam. Just wish tortillas were more diet friendly so I could make them more often!!!!

Imusa Victoria Cast Iron Tortilla Press, 8 Inch
The Tortilla Press was a Christmas gift to my Grandchild, something new to try. It worked perfectly. The 8 yr old was able to use the item with relative ease and the end product was delicious.
Customer Review: Cast Iron Tortilla Press Opinion Summary: 4 Stars
The tortilla press is exactly as it is described. The addition of a simple guideline for sample grams per tortilla would be a nice addition. Lodge cookware comes with a small booklet for product care along with recipes. Not so this brand.
If you are thinking of purchasing this item do it now as the price of iron ore doubled today.
Customer Review: Hoping for thinner tortillas Summary: 4 Stars
Got one for Christmas and it is so much faster then rolling the tortillas with a rolling pin.
With that said though, my tortillas are still rather thick. Figured I might be doing something wrong. I wonder if it is the way I made the dough. Maybe need to make it with more water next time.
Good non the less
