Good, but could be better but than again for 10.- I am happy. As other people complained about the not so good finished wood, that is true, it is only in the inside (rough surface), they really should have made it more smooth, but this is just plain wood and even if some of the wood end up in your food it is non toxic, just wood fiber...other than that I really like this Mortal, it gets the job done.
