I have only used the steamer once but I already know it will be used often! It is Set up nicely for the open-ended tamales I like to make, just set pot at about a 45 degree angle (I rested it inside a salad bowl) and stack the tamales and steam. I will also use it for small batch steam canning, and watch out lobsters here I come!!!
