Overall I really love these reusable ice cubes. I use them in my lunchbox to keep my lunchtime shake cold when I don't have access to a fridge and I like them better than an ice pack because it can keep all sides cold. They work great for shorter time periods, but I wouldn't recommend them if you want something to be cold after 4 or 5 hours. I do notice that they don't all freeze when I put them in the freezer over night and I usually find a handful of them that are just liquid inside.
