If you ever use whip cream this is a must have. It is not just for the holidays; but is fantastic to have. I use mine all year. I use heavy cream and add a sweetener and a dash of almond extract for pies. The whip cream stays fresh for at least two weeks . . . it usually is used up long before that. It makes a massive amount of whip cream. I have used it at parties during the holidays and never run out.
