Customer Review: Does the job... cheaply

So, the pan works as advertised. If you're careful you can flip your food without spillage. However, there are some features that disappointed me somewhat.
Handles: The handles "snap" onto the pan with plastic & metal connectors. The connection is not what I would call tight. So far it seems to have held up fine, but it's worrisome.
Pans: These are made of a relatively thin metal with no heat distribution system whatsoever that I can see. The old frying pan I used to use heated evenly, even when on high heat. The metal in these pans is so thin that cooking on high heat cooks the food right over the burner ring much faster than the edges, or even the middle.
Non-Stick: The instructions make the claim that "nothing will ever stick to the non-stick surface". Unfortunately, that's just plain wrong. With my old frypan, I could literally burn something without using cooking oil and I could wipe it away with a paper towel. With these pans, even with cooking oil I wind up scrubbing to get some of the food bits off most of the time.
Overall I have to give this product a positive rating, as the flipping feature is very useful. I have had to adjust my cooking to a lower heat (which takes longer), and move the pan around. I would recommend this product as long as you can put up with the downsides mentioned. If a similar product with thicker metal, heat distribution system, and better non-skid comes out, I'll purchase that (even at 5 times the price) and give this one the heave-ho. Until then, I'll continue to use this one.
You get what you pay for, and I think this pan is worth the money. Now please make something better & more expensive.
