Customer Review: Missing Parts and Poor Customer Service from Kenroy; Just try and return it!

First, this is Kenroy and NOT Hunter. Hunter bought Kenroy, but as with any acquisition, the acquired company struggles to fit the acquirer's mold.
I purchased this during the recent Gold Box offer and when I received it, I found that it was missing a harp and finial for one of the table lamps. I asked Amazon if I could just get the parts without returning it, and learned that they could not do that, however Amazon did provide me the phone number for Hunter. Hunter, whom I have dealt with before, has a pretty good customer service department gladly transferred me to Kenroy. Kenroy's customer service is not as solid.
On my first call and I was transferred to parts and had to leave a VM for Derrick, who never returned the call. Next, I called back and spoke to his backup, Diane. She told me to contact Amazon, however I told her my only choice was to RMA the lamp and that since it was so tightly packed, I did not think RMA was that good of an option. I the asked her if they could just send me the harp and finial for the table lamp so that I would be good to go. She found the finial, but could not find the harp. Not sure how that can be since I can find harps everywhere.
So now I am stuck with the decision of send it back or buy the harp. Trying to get the lamp back in the box for the RMA seems more of a challenge than the cost of a harp, so I guess I am going to keep it. My advice to others... Stay away!
