If the party is over but there's still some wine left, don't worry about the vino losing its flavor and freshness: use these handy stainless-steel wine savers. Just place the wine saver on top of the opened bottle and push the lever down. The black rubber "cork" is pulled up against the sides of the bottle, forming a seal. The lever will then rest out of the way against the bottle. To unseal, simply flip the lever up and pull the wine saver out of bottle.
