My wife had wanted a knife block for years but it seems impossible to find one without a set of knives included. Henckels to the rescue! Not much I can say about it except that it does what is expected of it, sufficient storage slots for all common knives. Be advised, however, that it takes up considerable space on an already crowded kitchen counter.Customer Review: The best I've come across

To get 20 knives and tools on this block, Henckels packs them tight, but it works. Very attractive on the counter, and almost allowed me to empty an entire drawer of knives I need at hand for cooking. To be able to have a Santoku, 3 sizes of Chef's knives, several paring, a cleaver, scissors, wire cutters, and even a cleaver slot is simply fantastic.Customer Review: Block Solid - Great Addition to the Kitchen!

We purchased this block to house our growing Henckels collection. We got a great deal on-line, fast delivery and this piece fits in so well on the counter, my wife didn't even notice it until a day later! Some of the slots are small if you're into the Santouko knives, but this will work well if you've got a more balanced set. Two thumbs up!Customer Review: Great quality, and value.

This is a great knife block! I purchased it to expand our knife set with a set of steak knives. It's very high quality, and has more storage than we need (good for future additions). It looks great on the counter, and is heavy enough to keep the knives safely (our knives are on the heavy side also, and well balanced). Highly recommended!Customer Review: just what I needed

This block is perfect for my needs. It was the only reasonably priced knife block I could find that would fit my meat cleaver. It also had enough slots to hold my other kitchen knives - chef, santokus, bread, carving, meat fork, utility, parer, steak knives, shears and sharpening steel. Couldn't ask for anything more.
