I was surprised and delighted to find it all arrived by Tuesday of the following week using standard shipping. The products are a big hit with my wife who loves to entertain and does a great job making sushi for family and friends. Though you probably could use wax paper to roll sushi in, this makes it so much easier and cleaner. It helps to hold it all together and you can really press the sushi, molding it into the roll. The spoon is pretty useless, as you can use any spoon to spread the sushi rice, but for the price, this was a good buy, in my opinion. You can also rinse the rice/sauce off of this mat with no problem.Customer Review: Nice and Easy

I am happy with the speed of delivery and the functionally of the Mat and above all the bargain price. Making Sushi before was difficult for me but with this Mat making Sushi became nice and easy. Unfortunately the wood spoon arrived cracked on one side but still usable. That is why I have to deduct one star from my rating. I bought this along with a book and rice cooker to give my boyfriend for a present. We've made sushi a few times now, and this roller is really all you need to create perfectly good rolls, even if you've never rolled sushi before. It took almost three weeks to receive this item which gave me the time to look around and I even found it cheaper locally and bought it as my party was planned two weeks after my initial Amazon purchase. Would never buy from this vendor again, appears he/she does not have items in stock and is a broker. Wasted my time and money.
