The wok is working out just fine. Had a little trouble seasoning the wok but will keep trying. The only problem I had with this product is that when I received it the lid had several dings in it from the handle which was packed in the lid and bounced around in transit. Maybe someone needs to figure out a way to avoid this problem.Customer Review: rusts easily

The wok rusted the first time I left water in it. This indicates very crappy composition of carbon steel as it shouldn't rust, unless it is scratched which the wok wasn't. Apparently re-seasoning the wok will remove the rust but why would anyone wish to be constantly removing rust. A wok should only need to be seasoned once.Customer Review: Rust issues

This is NOT junk! It is an old fashioned, not chemically treated carbon steel wok. By definition, carbon steel will rust if not thoroughly dried! Wash it, wipe it, let it sit in open air for ten minutes and it's fine. Use some common sense, folks! It will serve you beautifully for years if you just treat it properly.Customer Review: Do not trust this wok.

This wok was ok for the first few uses. We did season it correctly and we were happy with it. Then it started to rust and we tried to wash and dry it quickly. Plus I think this metal heats to quickly because one day it just blew are food into flames. So we wasted about $36 because I just threw it in the trash.Customer Review: beautiful gift

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend...he had a Teflon one that rusted out....so when I read the reviews on this one I decided to give it a shot..and I am so glad I did....not only was it beautiful but it cooks amazing....and it arrived in such a quick and timely manner.....
