The item shipped quickly and seems to be of good size. I have yet to brew tea in it but it is all glass. Take into account that the infuser (also glass) has funny openings for the tea brewing. It has very VERY small almost invisible little ridged openings on the bottom of the infuser. In fact, we could not see the openings at all and had to fill up the infuser with water to see if it even worked. It does.Customer Review: Find a different teapot

I was very disappointed in this teapot. It is extremely tiny, its glass is paper-thin and likely to break easily, and the infuser does not work well. It might be great for decorative purposes--but not for daily use. Considering the approximately $30 I spent on its purchase, I could have found a larger, sturdier version instead.Customer Review: Super tea pot
