I work in a store that sells these teapots for more than twice the price. I have wanted one for a while, but didn't want to pay almost $40 for it. I was excited to find this one, it is just what I wanted! It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I use it every day. Like all teapots of this style, depending on the tea you are using, it is sometimes easier to fill the pot and then drop in the diffuser with the tea already in it. (I find this to be true with Rooibos teas in particular. They are too fine and clog the slits in the diffuser.) I have been very happy with my purchase!
