Customer Review: Good quality but read description carefully!

The product description clearly states that the cookie cutters are each about 1" in size. Unfortunately, I didn't read it carefully before I ordered, so I was disappointed when they arrived. But I'm still very pleased with them, because they're perfect for crafting pie crust decorations--my pies will never again look ordinary, now that I can garnish them with "leaves" made of piecrust dough. :-) This is a good product... but I still plan to purchase larger leaf-shaped cookie cutters to make cookies with.

Create exquisite leaf-shaped baked goods and pastry decorations. Perfect for mini cookies, marzipan and pie top decorations. Seven different leaf-shaped, tinplate cutters ranging in size from 1-1/2" to 2-1/4". Includes round tin storage container for safe storage.Wonderful for making tiny-size seasonal decorations, each piece cuts a nicely realistic decoration from any pastry or thin bread. Some, such as the maple and oak, create delicate, ruffled leaves, just right for trimming a Thanksgiving pie--but don't overbrown, as they crack easily. The sturdier citrus leaf and shamrock do a great job on bread for tiny finger sandwiches, providing lots of fun for a play-date tea party! The cutters' small size makes them easy for little hands to operate, and the extra band of metal on the top edge helps prevent injury. Pop in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. --Jill Lightner
