Customer Review: Smaller than I thought

I just got these cookie cutters in yesterday and washed them about an hour ago. The pieces are very small, I would say a small bite-size. If you look at the tin that the pieces are packed in, the tin is no more than about 5 inches in diameter. The pieces are really packed in the tin perfectly, I only hope I can fit them precisely so after they are dry. They are so small that I couldn't really fit a finger in the middle part to give them a good cleaning (you can forget about getting a sponge or washcloth in there too). So I had to swish it around in very hot soapy water and spray them clean. I am hesitant to put them in the dishwasher as I think they might rust. I also tried to hand-dry them, which is impossible for the inside parts as I mentioned above, my fingers don't fit in them! I dried the outside and tapped them on a dishcloth so that there was less water to air-dry.
The designs are cute and small, and there is a printed colored illustration in the bottom of the tin. I tossed it out as these are made in China and I don't know how safe the ink used was.
I haven't used them yet, but I plan to and also will make sure they are well floured or greased, as it would be a real pain to try to clean out any cookie dough that gets stuck in it. I guess I could use toothpicks to skewers to clean them.
