My kitchen is very small and has very limited counter space, so I have a problem when I bake several sheets of cookies. Enter the Baker's Mate, which holds up to four cookie sheets. It is very sturdy and doesn't take up much counter space, allowing you to stack four cookie sheets at a time in a relatively small area (unlike trying to find room for four cooling racks!).
