I have been using this coffee maker for about a month now and although I read previous reviews about weak coffee, I have to disagree. I purchased the gold filters made for this model, which I would hightly recommend, and we fill it to the brim with fresh ground coffee, press the flavor plus button, and enjoy a robust java. Any of the negative comments I read on this product didn't occur with our machine. It is simple to use, fill, and is very quiet while brewing. I have a beer stein sized coffee mug I use, and it has plenty of room to fill it without leaking. If your looking for an affordable self contained unit, I would recommend this model. If your impatient for your morning coffee fix as I am, you can also sneak a cup before it's completely done without it weakening the rest of the brew.Customer Review: Great product, well worth the money

I have owned several coffee makers in my life time, and this brewstation has no comparison, when it comes to coffee makers. I should have purchased one of these babies a long time ago. Compared to the coffee makers that use crafes, this is far better. Keeps the coffee hotter and the filter makes the water more palatable as well. If I ever need another coffee maker I will buy another brewstation.Customer Review: Weak coffee, horrible product

This brew station makes the world weakest coffee! I even went out and bought a well know brand of coffee, there strongest they sell and it was still weak. I called Hamilton Beach and pretty much they said ther is nothing they could do. I'm returning this product and will never buy a Hamilton Beach item agin due to there horrible customer service (and product).Customer Review: Great coffee!
