Have had this machine about a month. Making 6 cups of coffee everyday, it has worked without fail. Box was missing the scoop, Hamilton Beach Customer Service shipped a new one immediately and spent extra time informing me of helpful tips, 5 stars for them as well. Got the gold mesh grounds basket, saves filters and clean up is a breeze. Great Product.Customer Review: Likes very much

I bought this for my daughter a teacher, for her room. She likes it very much and has had no problem with it leaking, like some have said was a problem before in reviews. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rateing is because it turns off after 2 hours and she would like it to stay on until turned off, so she could have hot coffee all day.Customer Review: Fantastic Product

I have owned an older version of this product now for almost two years and have been Very pleased with it. It brews great coffee and it is wonderful not having to pour / spill coffee from a traditional coffee pot. What little cleanup is required is easy. This product is absolutely fantastic. This product lived up to its advertising. It is relatively easy to use, and brews coffee rapidly. It takes awhile to get used to serving without the carafe, but really has no disadvantage that I can see. Most of us want only one or two cups at a time, so serving someone at the table is not awkward. And for iced coffee, it's perfect.Customer Review: TAKES FOREVER TO FILL A CUP!

This is our 2nd Brewstation. We have a problem with the amount of time that it takes to fill a cup. When we first got the coffee maker, the flow was pretty quick. Since then, we are down to a trickle. I have cleaned the machine and cleaned the interior parts as well. Has anyone else had this happen? Thanks!
