Customer Review: Lovely but leaks...twice

We had one of these at home, and I loved it so much my husband bought me one as a birthday present so I could make tea on demand at my desk at work. I use my work kettle several times a day and have owned it for about a year and a half. It started leaking two days ago, and today I arrived at work to find my desk covered in water and my desk drawers filled with water. We use the one at home every morning for coffee and sometimes for other things during the day. It started leaking a few weeks ago, but at a more gradual rate. I like my kettles and hope to find a way to repair them both. I love the automatic shut-off so I don't burn the kettle dry when I get distracted while boiling water!
