This would be a 5-star if it weren't for Hamilton Beach's quality control and customer service. I purchased this product through E-Bay. It arrived in the factory sealed box...missing the 4 qt crock. The product card inside says to contact Hamilton Beach ("Do Not Return to Store" or some such). Almost two weeks later they finally tell me that they don't really honor my warranty...that I should go back to the seller from E-Bay...she holds my warranty. They were kind enough to offer to take my money to send me a new crock, though.Customer Review: Great Slow Cooker

Great slow cooker. Love the three different size crocks. Two and four quart crocks are perfect for 2 people. Six quart will be nice for large peices of meat like a ham. Base is a little uneven but doesn't interfere with the cooking. Cooks evenly in all size crocks. I have only cooked on low so far and that is hot enough. The six quart crock had a minor flaw at the top and I was afraid to use it in case it cracked while cooking. Called customer service and they sent out a new one right away. The only draw back to this item is you need weight training to get it out of the box. This is a wonderful versatile pot...As empty nesters we use the small crock, but when I want to make up a big batch of my famous Chile for the gang I can use the big crock. Cooks very well in any of the three crocks and we have had nothing but success using many different recipes. Just remember to bend at the knees when lifting cause these crocks are very heavily made.

I have tried 3 other crock pots over the last 10 years... Rival and West Bend versions. I have never been really happy with the results, and was frustrated with attempts to make good use of the crocks. When I saw this one, I thought it might work better since you can vary the size of the crock according to the amount of food. WOW! I have been thrilled! Every single recipe has turned out great, and I'm using it about twice a week now! I can absolutely recommend it to everyone!Customer Review: Best Idea Ever

I have a large 6 quart slow cooker and I like it very much, but now there are only two of us, so it is too big most of the time. I was looking for a small two quart cooker when I saw this one. I love the three different sizes. I use it all the time now and the other slow cooker is in the back of the shelf. Just recently we had a party, I started out with the large crock and when I was putting away left over the used the small crock to store and reheat the next day.
