After reading the reviews and some stated that they received the wrong color I emailed Today's Concept and told them that I did not want the black or the white sets of bowls. I loved the other colors. They emailed me back and said if I wanted those colors I would get them- and I did. I simply LOVE the colors!! The order came promptly too!! Now, to my review of the crockpots. I haven't used the 4 qt. yet because it is just the 2 of us so the 2 qt does great!!! And I also used the 6 qt for a BIG pot of chili. I am happy with the way they cook. Doesn't appear to be too hot. I am so pleased with this new addition to my kitchen. Been looking at recipes so I can use it more and more.Also, they are easy to clean up. Some people say they put them in the refrigerator, but I just go ahead and put the food in a container and clean up the insert. I also found out that the price was the best on amazon of anywhere. I spent more than I intended to but hopefully they will last for yrs.Customer Review: Great addition to appliance collection

I love the fact that I can create virtually any recipe using this one appliance and the appropriate crock. The small pot is perfect for dips/appetizers or just a meal for two. The middle crock is perfect for most "standard" crock pot recipes, and the large one is wonderful when feeding a crowd. I have yet to be disappointed with the way any dishes have turned out.
The only cons--it takes up more room than my normal crock pot because of the way the crocks stack and it doesn't have a digital/auto programming feature either. You just pick the crock size and high, low, or warm. I have another slow cooker that automatically switches to "warm" when the cooking time has elapsed, but this one you really have to figure out the timing first or make sure someone is home to switch it over when the cooking is done.
Overall, for someone looking to replace an old crock pot or a first-timer...this is a great, versatile crock pot for any size family.

So, I am a Crock Pot Virgin and this is my very first crock pot. What I really LOVE about it, is the 3 different size bowls that nest inside each other making it easy to store. I didn't really know until getting a crock pot that you need different size bowls. So, lucky me, I got this one!
I haven't had a need to use the 6-qt bowl yet, but now that I see it, I worry that it's too deep vs. wide. Some of the other larger 6 qt pots I've seen seem to be wider, which seems like it might good more evently. This fear could be unfounded since I haven't actually used it yet.
Now that I'm learning more about slow cooking, I do wish it had a timer. But have no major complaints and I love that it's smart enough to adjust it's cooking temperature based on the bowl size. The colors of the bowl are nice, which is a bonus.
Definitely would recommend it!

This is my third slow cooker. I almost gave up on this cooking method because of the poor results I was having with other slow cookers. I wanted to use it a bit before I left a review, and let me tell you, this 3-in-1 cooker works GREAT!! I've tried the 2 quart bowl, and the 6 quart bowl, and both produced DELICIOUS meals... What a well designed unit, and a bargain for the price... Both meals were slow cooked 8-10 hours on the low setting. It's SO nice start the cooker before I leave for work, and then come home to the wonderful aroma of a fully cooked meal. The bowls don't seem to particular on how full they are but I guess the at least half full rule makes sense. Anyway, again, this is a great cooking system, and very easy to clean after the meal... Having the choice of 3 size bowls is very desireable too so we can cook for just the two of us or up to 8 people.... I HIGHLY recommend it.Customer Review: Unsatisfied with product and seller!

I bought this slow cooker in July 2009 from the seller, Total Concept; got all white bowls instead of multi-colored which is what was shown and what I wanted. However, I was willing to forego that disappointment. The first time I used the cooker it performed great, and I was pleased. I did not use it again, however, till October 2009. It never heated at all! I could put my hand on the heating unit and it didn't even get warm. I immediately contacted the seller who said they could not do anything because I had not requested a return/refund within the 30 day period. Why would I have requested this when I had no occasion to use it until after the 30-day period and didn't know it was not working. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern this seller has shown me and will never buy anything from this seller again! This was an expensive purchase of 3 bowls (which I didn't need).
