Customer Review: Great Oven but Runs Hot

I really like this little oven. Does a great job on both baking and convection. The broiler function is more than adequate. However, I have found that on convection cycle, the oven runs about 50 degrees hot. Since it is consistently 50 degrees hot, I have adjusted my recipes accordingly. This oven is quite spacious. However, when I broiled a dish that I make regularly it took 25% longer than the broiler on my old T-Fal Avante elite. I miss the digital controls and toast settings on my T-Fal and lacking on the Hamilton Beach but hopefully this oven will last longer (my T-Fal died after 18 months).Customer Review: Wonderful

I don't know why we ever waited to get this. It is rather large, but that's what makes it awesome. I've cooked everything in it. I will never buy an already make chicken to eat again. The chicken turned out so moist it was unbelievable. I can cook alot or a little. I use my oven for storage now.Customer Review: Merry Christmas to me!!!!

I love this oven! I bought it as a Christmas gift to myself and it is one of the best gifts ever.
I use it daily for everything. I've made frozen snacks, turkey breast, chicken, cookies, brownies, biscuits...anything I would use my oven for and it works great!
Would highly recommend!!!

I love this oven. I use it for everything, heating up, rotisserie, baking and broiling and all of my food turns out incredible. I wanted to stop using the microwave for heating up and also the oven and broiler of my stove and this oven does it all for me, I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
