This is my first review even. I want to warn the public that this toaster is dangerous. This toaster turned on all by itself on 3 occasions. I swear this is the truth! Thank g-d someone was in the kitchen each time. The toaster was plugged in but on the off position. I have now sent the toaster back and Im waiting for a response.Customer Review: easy to use, but hard to clean

I only use the Toaster function. It's easy to use and works great! Also the close-slice function is very good for keep inside from dust, but the industry should talk more about how to open the slice. Though it's easy to use and really makes my toast great to eat =), it's hard to clean out the small bread pieces fall in the Oven.Customer Review: A great toaster and a great toaster oven

I bought this for my mom for Mother's Day and she LOVES it. Both the toaster and the oven work fine--no problems. My mom was so excited about this that she bought another one as a bridal shower gift a few weeks later. Just make sure you buy the 4-slice model--the 2slice one is really small. This is a nice little toaster oven for toast and pizza. Anything much higher or deeper than that and you're probably out of luck. However, if all you want it for is that it's great. It toasts quickly. But if you are baking something in the oven there is no timer on it so you would have to use an alternative timer.
