I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product! It cleans great and leaves my floor dry and sanitized. With 3 children and 2 pets I was looking for something chemical free and easy to use. We have linoleum and wood floors in our house, we have 2 dogs and 2 cats and this steamer works really great for cleaning the dirty, paw marked floors. We sweep first and then steam, sometimes with a little soap or 409, usually changing the pad 2-3 times to do whole house. Great product, we recommend it!Customer Review: Not up to par

This product is great if you are using it solely for the middle of the floor. It is impossible to get into corners or under low furniture. I will be sending it back.
