Customer Review: making pizza so much easier

I had been shaping my pizzas on a baking sheet and the dough stuck even tho I had sprinkled the sheet with cornmeal. The new pizza peel solved that problem. I like the size and shape of the peel with its long handle. It is the perfect size for making a pizza that matches the size of my pizza stone. The peel has a slightly tapered edge so the dough of my prepared pizza slides easily onto the pizza stone and after the pizza is cooked it slides off the stone easily onto the peel for easy removal from the oven.
