Victoria does a great job of research and education in this book. It's full of valuable and easy to use info for those who want to be healthy while consuming delicious food. I'm on day 4 of drinking green smoothies and even though my diet is very healthy already, the green smoothies have given me a huge boost in energy, more inner peace and glowing skin. I've used a few of her recipes and started experimenting with my own. Victoria and her family have written many books that I've enjoyed, but this one has a special place in my kitchen.
