I love granite ware for baking. I have several pieces, some a number of years old. They never discolor, don't rust, there is no coating to come off and things don't stick, especially with a little cooking oil spray. Recommend this pan for roasting vegetables and recommend getting cookie sheets too. Good buys..Customer Review: Perfect size for larger families or crowds

This large lasagna/roaster pan is ideal for many different cooking or baking projects. I bought it to replace a very old and worn out teflon coated pan of the same size and it's perfect in every way. It's not too heavy and very easy to clean.
