Customer Review: Drain Grooves are Too Small

Overall the size is fine but we found that the perimeter drain grooves lack the capacity for really juicy items like baked chicken. If they increased the board's thickness by about 50% and then widened and deepened the grooves by the same amount it would be a decent carving board.
