Safe Side is a new concept in cutting boards. It makes food prep safer with color coded buttons that help you to avoid cross contamination of food. Use green side for fruits and vegetables and red side for meats, poultry and seafood. With a traditional cutting board wood styling, the buttons even make a safer cutting board in that they're also non-slip so the cutting board stays where you put it. This will become your favorite daily use cutting board. This 10-Inch by 15-Inch by 3/4-Inch utility board is handcrafted in the USA of top quality Northern Hardwoods. Snow River is best known for producing premium wood cutting boards that are hand finished by experienced craftsmen. The wood is dried in a tightly controlled process to ensure a consistent moisture content which is critical in avoiding wood cracks and splitting.
