My wife made a comment that she never has enough silcone spatulas, and a couple of ours were looking pretty worn. I bought her some expensive ones a few years back and the silicone flipper was too stiff to be very useful. By expensive I mean I paid for one spatula what all four of these cost...hence my low expectations.
These are actually really excellent spatulas. They have the right balance of flexibility and stiffness to do a great job scraping every last drop out of a bowl. They have very good non-stick properties and rinse clean with just a gentle spray of water. I hand wash ours in case the dishwasher is too rough.
I like how this set adds a splash of color to our kitchen. The bamboo handles seem very sturdy and don't flex at all when stirring.
All in all this is a good buy. Quality wise these match up pretty well to our Pampered Chef spatula that we've had for 10 years. Hope these last as long...
PS. Each spatula is the same size, and they measure 11.75" long, the bamboo handle is about .625" wide, and the paddle is 3.375" tall x 2.375" wide.
