This is a beautiful deep-dish pie plate that worked perfectly for the recipe I bought it for. It's heavy, and very sturdy. The sticker on it said it was Stoneware (not sure if that's the same as ceramic, but whatever). Not only is it functional, but it's also attractive. I have it sitting out on my bakers rack instead of closed up in a cabinet. Overall, VERY happy with this purchase, and the price was a great deal!Customer Review: Awesom

I bought 5 of these and am back to buy more. Because when I make my Chicken Pot Pies, I make about 8 of them at one time, and freeze what we don't eat or give away. Love that this holds more than the "Deep Pie Crust Pans" at the store. Don't have any problems with it, and love the colors. Didn't want to buy something pretty, but practicable, and this happens to be both. Gotta get and place my order :) :) :)Customer Review: Can't wait!

I gave this to my wife as a really early Christmas gift so she could make use of it for Thanksgiving. Like the other reviews have said, the interior color is darker than appears in the picture, as is the red. It actually looks nicer in my opinion when you see it in person. It is somewhat thick and heavy, but not too bad. Am looking forward to the delicious pies that will be made with this for Turkey Day!Customer Review: Nice, heavy beautiful pie dish

I just got this dish and I already love it. It's sturdy, heavy and well made. I will be making all my pies in this from now on. It will also double as a serving dish. Normal pie pans would look silly if you served, say vegetables, in them, but this would look gorgeous on the table. The color is just as it appears in the photo so I'm not sure why so many people thought it was darker. It's a beautiful pie pan that is truly deep dish! I made a quiche in it this week. It arrived in one piece albeit a bit dusty. I got compliments on it, the quicturbidness out great and I couldn't be happier about my $9.99 purchase :)
