Don't buy this one - Buy one with removable plates! My mother bought me a GF grill for Christmas and it had 2 removable plates - I LOVED IT and used it everyday - most days I used it 2 times! My house burned recently and the GF grill burned up too - nothing left but the 2 removable plates which were in the dishwasher. So my mom bought me a new one but it was this one. I used it 2 times - cleaning is a pain as you have to make sure you do not get it wet. With the other model, I quickly removed the plates and let them soak or put them in the dishwasher. I am packing this one up and returning it for one with removable plates.
Otherwise I LOVE GF grills!

It's a great grill & perfect for bacon on Sun. AM. We use our larger stand up George Foreman grill for steaks, hamburgers,hot dogs & fish but this grill could do all of those. Happy we have 2 George Foreman grills. Stand uo grill has a larger cooking surface. This grill fine for the two of us. With company we use the stand uo grill.Customer Review: OUR RV GEORGE

Really like the locking feature, and the cord locks in as well. The handle is very convenient & the locking feature means George will stand on end. Space is very scarce when you live in an RV. Even without removable grills, it is easy to wash.Customer Review: Pain to clean

I would really recommend getting one of the grills with the removable
grill plates instead of this model.
