Customer Review: Product As Expected; Retailer Better Than Expected

I had some concerns dealing with this retailer based on previous product reviews I had read. This was part of the reason I decided to leave feedback for the product. Despite the warnings I read (most from a few years ago), I ordered this product. It arrived extremely quickly (estimated one-week delivery, arrived in four days).
The product was delivered as expected. The retailer either had an anomaly with its normal business operations or has greatly cleaned up its act. I would definitely consider doing business with them again, until they prove me wrong.

Not only did the bags perform as well as the genuine product, they were less expensive, too. We used one bag till it was 3/4 full after some lengthy cleaning and the bag looked none the worse for wear when we took it out... no worrying about tearing or ripping it. There is an adhesive flap that should be used to seal the mouth of the bag as soon as you remove it from the machine... great idea. Because of the low price, we purchased two (2) of these packs, which will last a while. We are extremely happy and highly recommend the product.Customer Review: Got the right bags on Amazon

Even Walgreen's is no longer carrying old-fashioned vacuum bags. I have my reasons that I don't like the new
bagless vacuums. Thanks to Amazon.com for continuing to carry the bags that perfectly fit my vacuum. I put in the make and model for the vacuum and received the bags that work!

I've used this type of bag now for over two and a half years; it seems to do a very good job of capturing the dirt and dust.
I've noticed that the secondary filters to the room and the motor do not seem to collect much dust at all. I attribute that to the good job this bag is doing.
I've found it easy to install in the Eureka 4870 and intend to buy more just like this when my present supply runs out.
It unobtrusively does its job very well.

I tried to put the e-mail exchange I had with the seller here, but Amazon denied it. I rated the seller as requested by Amazon, and their customer service manager sent me an e-mail chastising me for not giving them a stellar review on shipping. They use USPS Priority Mail, which isn't the most reliable. Bottom line, the product is just fine, but the seller has very poor customer service practices. If you can find this product elsewhere, do so.
