I do a bunch of cooking on the side including family gatherings etc. This is NOT your typical roaster in my book. What appeals to me the most is the inside pan will lift out of the entire unit. This makes this electric roaster a dual purpose item. You can put cassaroles in it...you can heat and keep warm anything you want which appeals to me because I do some catering on the side. This item makes keeping food hot so easy! Cooking any large meat item becomes a breeze! Anyone who cooks knows on the holidays that your oven never has enough room. This roaster becomes my second oven over and over. I am probably going to buy a couple of more because of their excellence usage! A great buy at $30!
