I got this light for my Kindle and it fits well on the Amazon Cover. Good amount of light and very maneuverable neck. One issue with it is it's started flickering like the batteries are going dead after only about a week of using it for 30-60 minutes at a time. If it's really the batteries than the battery life is terrible, but it seems it's more an issue of a weak connection when the neck is bent at certain degrees. If you tweak the neck a little it seems to stop flickering. Does the job but could be better. Definitely a better deal than the "kindle lights" that seem to be the same style light but claim to be specially for Kindle.Customer Review: NOT very good for reading

This little lamp is OK for what it is, but I have to disagree with other reviewers who think it is a perfect lamp for reading. The lamp does not have much power. I wanted to clip this lamp to the headboard of my bed and use it for reading before going to sleep, but it is impossible unless you clip the lamp to the book itself. This can cause some damage to the book, pressure marks and the like.
Unless this lamp is just a few inches from the page, it's just not bright enough to read. Unless you want to ruin your eyes. I bought this lamp believing the great reviews about reading, but I am really pretty disappointed.

Strong clip. Flexible neck. Very, very bright light! Thankfully, it was cleverly designed with a "lip" preventing any light spilling into your eyes. I couldn't believe the difference when I turned it on. I said to myself: "How could I have reading without this thing?"
It runs on 3 AAA batteries, and can clip very large amounts (or small) pages to hang on to the book. The flexible neck allows you to minutely adjust it to just about any angle without falling over - that is, it'll stay in place while you read, and yet will freely move without much effort.
Highly recommended!

I got this product for my husband as a gift. I tend to go to bed before he does at night, but he prefers to read into the late hours. My husband and I have tried other book lights before, but they usually only light one page at a time and I was tired of sleeping with the bright night light on. However, with this product we both love it! This light not only lights up the entire book, but is a soft light. Its practical, small, and useful. My husband hooked it onto our metal bed framing for more stability, but it also works hooking onto books. This product is perfect for late night readers!Customer Review: Great Booklight

I purchased another booklight recently that cost me about as much as the fulcrum multi-flex and it was garbage! So I searched Amazon and looked for one that had good reviews and I came upon this little light. I have to say that I love love love it! It lights up a book perfectly in a completely dark room (I have not tried it for anything else but I imagine it works well for any other similar task in the dark) I would highly recommend this light if you are an avid reader, especially if you enjoy reading in bed at night while spouse (and in my case, baby in a crib) are sleeping.
