Bought for 14-year old son, and he seems to like the cool factor - my guess is some girl in his class complimented it. Does what it is supposed to and saves the plastic/paper bag. Water bottle compartment is not very useful for anything but a slim bottle of water since it does not seal closed; hence, you cannot use it for silverware or protein bar, et al. Feels durable and has survived two months of middle school.
