I was skeptical, very skeptical about the Froth 'N Sauce. Having purchased 2 frothers, from two different companies, and being disappointed by both, I ordered this one with tongue in cheek, yet hoping for the best. The later is exactly what I received! This is the best frothing machine ever. Even the froth at the local, high-priced coffee houses, doesn't measure up to the light, creamy, fluffiness I create in the privacy of my own home. If you are looking to buy a frother, I recommend this one without any reservations. While I have only had it for a month, it is being used at least 5 times a day, and each time it produces perfectly!
Easy to use and easy to clean: Just measure out the amount needed (which there's a chart included) - pour the cold milk into the pitcher, place the pitcher securely on the base, push the button and the blue light illuminates...the whips and blends, performing the frothing magic within 3 minutes. When it shuts off, simply remove the lid, spoon the froth onto your latte and enjoy! (There's also a slot in the lid for adding flavored sauces and syrups)Clean up is quick and easy. Remove the lid, remove the blades (which simply lift out of the center shaft), wash with hot soapy water *(but do not submerge the pitcher in water). The only thing some people may find a bit bothersome is washing around the center shaft that holds the whipping/frothing blades. However, for me, it's almost not worth mentioning - but I want to be thorough.
The Froth 'N Sauce comes with two sets of blades (whipping & frothing) and a delightfully delicious recipe booklet - filled with all kinds of treats we are excited to try. The platinum base and light grey pitcher look nice on the counter-top and will match any decor. From beautiful, thick and creamy chocolate mousse, to the best latte and lots of choices in between this little machine is a hit at my house. And should it conk out I will not hesitate to order a new one immediately.
*Up-Date* So far this machine meets & exceeds my expectations & the competition!
It's been 13 months and this frother is going strong! I am still as thrilled as I was back on week one with the performance, ease of use, etc - We've tried a few deserts - the mousse was so thick and fluffy...it was amazing (not to mention yummy)!
