We had nothing but problems with this machine. The drain motor burnt out before 3 months and again 2 months later. I quit calling the repairman after that and just fixed it myself. It was obvious that the repair people were incompetant and tried to blame everything ,but the real problem. Poor design. A simple clean out trap which is on most machines, is not incorparated into this machine. My old Roper machine still works great, and I am glad I kept it, as I use it when fixing the black lemon. Also the thing also shakes like hell when it is in spin cycle. I want to buy a different brand in black, but can't find one.. Stuck in Alabama.
